A worked example rather than a feature tour. The trade and country are arbitrary — substitute your own.
1. Pick the trade the way customers say it
Use the term the business uses about itself, not the industry classification. "Guest house" finds more than "hospitality accommodation provider".
2. Set the geography, then go one level deeper
Country level finds the nationally-visible businesses. City and suburb level is where the volume is, because that is how small businesses describe their own service area.
3. Leave the heavy options off for the first pass
Document processing and social scanning are slow and situational. Get a clean fast baseline first, then decide whether you need them.
4. Let it run, and read the counters
Watch kept against filtered. If filtered is dominating, your email-type filter is too narrow.
5. Sort before you export
Split business from consumer mailboxes and by provider. You will almost always want to treat those segments differently, and doing it now is cheaper than doing it in a spreadsheet later.
6. Export what you will actually use
CSV for a CRM import, XLSX if a human will work the list by hand.
