On the Full Pack you also get the mail provider behind each domain, so you can split business from consumer mailboxes before you send.

The free Starter tier caps each run at 200 leads and does not export. Extractor and Full Pack are unlimited — the practical limit is how long you let a run go and how deep you target. A country swept at suburb level is typically thousands of businesses.

Nowhere. Scraping runs on your own machine and results are written to your own disk. Your keywords, your niches and your finished lead lists never pass through our servers, because there is no server in the scraping path at all.

Regularly, and updates are included in the price you paid — there is no subscription. Search providers change their markup constantly, so keeping the extraction working is ongoing maintenance rather than an occasional feature drop.

Yes. Alongside search engines it reads OpenStreetMap place data, which covers local businesses that never rank in a search result. Around two thirds of those places carry an email address and three quarters a phone number.

Every country. Targeting goes down to city and suburb level, and your keywords are translated into the local language automatically — so searching for plumbers in Germany finds Klempner, not just the handful advertising in English.

No. It works out of the box against several search engines at once. Proxies and a Google API key are optional settings for heavier use, not requirements.

CSV, XLSX and TXT. CSV is the usual choice for a CRM import; XLSX if a person will work the list by hand.

Each licence covers a set number of devices, shown on your plan. Activation binds to the machine, and you can move a licence to a new computer by deactivating it on the old one or asking support to reset it.
